This set of International Travel Guidelines lays out the policies of Westchester Community College covering student travel in approved club travel and study-abroad programs.

International Travel Application Form
All persons applying for a study abroad program are required to complete an International Travel Application form.

Basic Requirements
Every student participating in an approved international travel program is required to complete the following agreements:

• Liability Release Agreement
• Code of Conduct Agreement

Faculty or volunteers serving as advisors or trip supervisors on an international program are required to complete the following agreements:

• Advisor/Supervisor Agreement
