User ID and Password: Is the same as your MyWCC ID and password.

If you don't have or forgot your MyWCC ID or password go to mywcc.sunywcc.edu and under MyWCC Account Activation click the appropriate link to retrieve, reset or get a user ID and password.

(Only students taking Online courses will have access to Blackboard 1 week before the official start date of the semester, NOT sooner. On-campus students will have access on the 1st day of class.)

Your MyWCC schedule is the official and valid schedule. Blackboard sometimes may have more courses listed, just ignore the extra courses.

Still having problems logging-in to Blackboard after entering the correct credentials?

1. Delete all Browsing History which includes Cookies, History and Temp Internet Files (in Internet Explorer: tools > internet options > Delete - in Mozilla Firefox: tools > Clear Private Data.)

2. Close all open Internet browser windows and re-open it, type directly in the address bar https://sunywcc.blackboard.com hit Enter and try loggin-in again.

3. If prompted with a pop-up window asking you to run a Blackboard Digital signature please click "run" to allow it.

4. Make sure to allow Pop-Ups from Blackboard (in Internet Explorer: tools > pop-up blocker)

If you are still having problems: Make sure to allow Pop-Ups from Blackboard, have Java enable, enable Cookies and set Cache. To see how Click Here and select "Vista 8.0 and Campus Edition 8.0" which is our Blackboard version.
