Still having problems logging-in to Blackboard after entering the correct credentials?
1. Delete all Browsing History which includes Cookies, History and Temp Internet Files (in Internet Explorer: tools > internet options > Delete - in Mozilla Firefox: tools > Clear Private Data.)
2. Close all open Internet browser windows and re-open it, type directly in the address bar https://sunywcc.blackboard.com hit Enter and try loggin-in again.
3. If prompted with a pop-up window asking you to run a Blackboard Digital signature please click "run" to allow it.
4. Make sure to allow Pop-Ups from Blackboard (in Internet Explorer: tools > pop-up blocker)
If you are still having problems: Make sure to allow Pop-Ups from Blackboard, have Java enable, enable Cookies and set Cache. To see how Click Here and select "Vista 8.0 and Campus Edition 8.0" which is our Blackboard version.
