Not all classes are offered every semester. Visit the

What are the deadlines for class
registration?

Do I qualify as a NY state
resident?
If you do, you may receive a significant residency discount on tuition. Visit

Are there
medical/immunization requirements?
Before students can begin classes at Westchester Community College they must show proof of certain
immunizations. Click for the

What are the class withdrawal
policies?
Students have a certain amount of time to
withdraw from a class without being penalized. More information can be found on
the Class Withdrawal page.

Where can I find out about Placement Exams?
The placement exam is a series of short
placement tests that new students take before course advisement in order to
assess knowledge of reading, writing and mathematics skills. A writing sample
and standardized test are administered. The purpose of the placement exam is to
ensure that you enroll in appropriate courses. Based on your results you will be
taking regular, honors or remedial courses. For more information, call

parking at Westchester Community College?
